kalo nk diikutkan da bnyk kali p kursus since join gov late 2008..

antara banyak2 kursus yg ai p..

ni la antara kursus yg sangat pack..penuh dgn peraturan..dan undang2 yg wajib ikut..

BUT

ai sangat SUKER..sebab..ai rase macam diri ai ni terlalu menepati masa...tak lenggang kangkung kalo nk wat paper..

punctual...

berdisiplin..

ewahh!!! masuk jamban flush sendrik lak ai nih..

bukan cam tuh..

b4 ni bukan nk kate ai ni tak punctual la..tak berdisiplin...

TAP KURENGGG skett la...

hehhhe!!!

semangan kerja dalam kumpulan.."Team Work" sangat penting..

dalam merialisasikan sesuatu perkara..

nak-nak lagi dalam urusan berkaitan pentadbiran kerajaan...

jadual seharian yg sangat padat tu tak mengahalang utk ai nanes tetiap malam windukan budak domok pipi kombong itueww...

ape punya jiwa lembek la ai nih...

giloss arr kalo windu kat anak..kat bapak anak tak de la terok sgt..heheh!!!

so apa lagi meh arr layanzz gambaq2 mase kat kursus Induksi..

"tengok sumer..walopon dalam keadaan tinggi pon I bole pose baekkk punya.." kata abang instructor kpd peserta kursus..ngeh ngehhh...jangan mara ye bang..

aktiviti yang dinamakan"serigala terbang" 

p/s: kami sumer bukan serigala jadian yer..

setiap kali masok utan..cik mok ni la yg slalu geget2 manja ai..abih kaki gebus ai berparutzz..

tensi tol ngan cik mok utan yg domok giloss...

go gurl..u can do it...ai tukang jerit jer..nk wat takottt!!!

hheheh!!!

Kesimpulannya KURSUS ni BESHH!!!

im back...

phewww!!!

ai da selamat sampai umah kemarin..

driver opis datang jomput sharp kul 2pm...

exam abih kul 1pm..lunch...balik bilik pack baju...

tgk kat keta jabatan da siap sedia tunggu ai..

rase macam nk terbang...

lambatnye rase nk sampai putrajaya...

padahal dari sungkai ke Putrajaya tak la jauh mana...

perasaan bercampoq adok..

sangat windu pada encik hubby dan my lil prince kat penang...

balik putrajaya dulu..

antaq baju busuk yg ai kumpoi..heheh!!

d samping nk dating ngan en hubby...

kursus selama 14 hari nih untuk tujuan pengesahan jawatan..

hu huhu!!! tak conpom lagi ai dalam jawatan nih..

kalo ikotkan ai da d panggil untuk kursus ni tawon lepas..

tapi..

time tu tengah mabok tak hengat punya..

macam mana nk berkursus bagai..

so..

terpaksa la extend..hehhe!!!

tapi yang tak besh nye kena tinggalkan anak ai kat mak...

ohh sgt la windu hokayy!!!

tak dapat di gambarkan dgn kata2...

nasib la ai bawak bantal tdo Rayyan Qaleef yg sengaja ai tak basuh since Rayyan lahir..

untuk bekalan d saat windu datang..

tapi mana sama peluk bantal ngan peluk Rayyan Qaleef..

tetiap malam nk tdo sure meleleh ayaq mata dulu...=(

ok..ok.. tak mo sedih2 sgt..mak jaga Rayyan kat Penang..hati ai sgt senang..

jadual kursus sgt la pack giloss...

tak sempat nk tarekk napas..huhuh!!!

dari pagi ngan klas..taklimat..sampai la kul 5pm..

5300pm riadah plak..panjat itu ini, flying fox, berakit, merangkak bagai..

ade yg ai join n ade yg ai dapat excuse..ye lorr baru pas besalin meyhh..

nk mampos wat kasaq2...huu takott mak!!!

tapi yg best nye dapat kenal kawan2 baru di bawah kementerian yg sama...

mostly peserta kursus yg join terdiri dari jurutera2 yg sempoi..n pegawai2 yg sekapala..

heheh!! tak terkecuali la ngan ai ni..walopon da begelar mak org..

yg kelakornyer ade org ingat ai anak dara taww!!!

hahakaahakh!!! gelak beso den!!!

ai da ada anak teruna sorang tau!!!

as a conclusion..still ada lagi 7 hari nk abih kan kursus nih..

da tak sabar nk jumpa Rayyan Qaleef dan..........encik suami..

sangat windu pada 2 org ituew...

2,3 ari lepas..mama lin bagi tau ibu..umairah(classmate rayyan kat umah mama lin) kena HFMD nih..

tup2 semalam pukoi 2.30pm..after ibu lunch..mama lin kal ibu kat opis bg tau badan Rayyan naik bintik2 merah...

bederau la darah ibu dengaq cam tuh....tewos tinggal meja..tinggal file yg menimbun..amik kunci kete..pintu bilik opis pon tak tutup..lampu pon tak off...haaa lantak la....start enjin..Vroom!!! g umah mama lin..

sampai je umah mama lin..anak ibu tgh mamai2 nk tdo..nampak je ibu macam bese la kan..mesti kasik senyuman yg paling manissss....terubat la kerisauan sket..

then mama lin pon tunjuk la kat ibu..bintik2 yg macam baru nk naik kat tapak tangan n tapak kaki..

so ibu kal ayah kat opis ajak ayah p jumpe paed rayyan..Dr Khairul Azman kat Annur...

sampai je klinik org tak berape ramai..then turn rayyan Dr Khairul check sume die kate ni simptom2 HFMD...tapi rayyan punye macam baru nk jadik..so Dr bg ubat demam suruh stand by n ubat sapu dalam mulut incase kalo ade naik pape dalam mulut buah hati ibu nih..but temperature badan Rayyan normal..

malam tdo Rayyan tak meragam..lega sgt ibu...

so dari semalam giat la ibu search info berkenaan dengan HFMD nih...segala paper..research..journal ibu baca..da ble tahap nk p exam nih..hehhe!!

What is hand, foot, and mouth disease?

Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) is a fairly common viral illness in children. (HFMD is not the same as foot-and-mouth disease, also called hoof-and-mouth disease, which affects animals.)

HFMD most often occurs in preschoolers, although adults and children of any age can get it. Most adults have developed antibodies against it from previous exposure. HFMD most often shows up in the summer and fall.

HFMD can be caused by any of a number of viruses, most commonly the coxsackie virus. Although in very rare cases HFMD can lead to viral meningitis or encephalitis (inflammation of the brain), children usually recover just fine, without treatment, in a week to ten days.

What are the symptoms?

If your baby contracts HFMD, he'll first have a mild fever. You may notice that his appetite isn't what it usually is. He may also have a sore throat and feel lousy in general.

A day or two after the fever starts, your baby will develop painful sores in his mouth — on his tongue, gums, or the inside of his cheeks. This will likely make him irritable.

Your child may also develop a rash on the palms of his hands, the soles of his feet, and maybe his buttocks. The rash, which isn't itchy, starts out as small, flat, red dots that may turn into bumps or blisters.

Is HFMD contagious?

Yes, the virus can be transmitted through nose and throat secretions, the fluid in the blisters, or stool. While your baby will be most contagious during the week he first shows symptoms, the virus can be transmitted for weeks afterward.

If your baby usually goes to daycare, check with the staff about the attendance policy. They may want you to keep your child home until his symptoms are gone or even longer.
